you are fully aware that you are more capable much knowledgeable then what you are working now.

you cannot tolerate being a subject to the incapable and poor knowledged people who dominate you and treat you like any thing just because they posses a diploma or degree to that designation..

you can no more tolerate working like this any more because you are wasting your knowledge and time in a career that has no development in your life at all.

but your situation is very tuff.... if you make a chance to change in your career it leads to a fatal condition to your family. i.e. your family is fully depending on you.

what will you do to avoid this and develop your career

Thanks "Yak hair Sandwitch" will you give me that web address,

thanks "old guy" i appreciate your answer you understood to deflate ego. but I did this and worked without ego for 15 years now.

but we have a time limit to stoop to others isnt it. it doesn't mean that just because of your circumstances you are stuck up in a career and you will live for ever in that is it right?.

I am not sure what you do. I my self find this very same position all the time . I have been in my field for over twenty years and have found the best way to cope with doing things agaisnt my better judgement due to the upper mangment that have far less experience, is to be sure you make your valid points and cover your *** in writing . If it pays well. kick back and do what they want. Every where you go you will run in to this problem unless you are lucky, or own your own business.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

If you are really capable of so much more prove it, get a certificate or a degree.

Much better plan than throwing everything into turmoil for how much?

well, keep positive. you need some job! you are lucky to be employed. remember, those people above you by hook or by crook earned themselves a designation and education credentials. you have a career! and by god, those are hard to come by. be happy that you are able to support your family and that you have a modicum of respect coming to you. search around quietly for other job options but stick it out in your present circumstances and relax! enjoy being a successful person
