I would rather have a carpet because it sounds more comfortable. In Harry Potter world I would add a warming charm, but in real world what could you use besides blankets. In E. Nesbet's world, cold wouldn't be an issue. I would want the cup holder.

well I'd choose carpet for more security all though I always wanted a broom to fly like a witch. too keep it from being cold I would bring a blanket that wasn't too heavy. and coffee cup holder.

I would definitely go on "a magic carpet ride" I wouldn't need anything to keep me warm. And probably would add a coffee cup holder! After all.. it is a magic carpet ride!! So why not something magic to drink!

It depends. If I'm going on an adventure, I'd ride the broom. If I'm going to a place to relax or moving, I'd ride the carpet.
No need for rocket or coffee, but I'd like a blanket to keep me warm.

Carpet. I would add central A/C since I live in the desert. Then I would stup suround sound cd/stereo system. Then I would use power locks and windows. Also I would need 6sq feet of trunk space. Also I would need a x-large cup holder for those big gulps.
