Support your argument, compare with others. If you can, apply real numbers.

(The reason I'm asking? I'm interested to see what western biases there are, if any. Hoping someone knows something other than "Hitler")

No, this isn't for homework. That would be a pretty damn broad homework question, and history classes don't normally ask such subjective questions. Critical thinking, yes. Subjective, no.

Oh, and the only reason I ask for specifics is so other people can compare numbers.

I would probably say Kim Jong il

Kim Jong Il slipped from first place, but not for want of trying. North Korea still ranks last in Reporters Without Borders’ international index of press freedom, and it earned Freedom House’s worst score for political rights and civil liberties for the 33rd straight year (a world record). The Ministry of People’s Security places spies in workplaces and neighborhoods to inform on anyone who criticizes the regime, even at home. All radios and TV sets are fixed to receive only government stations. Disloyalty to Kim Jong Il and his late father, Kim Il Sung, is a punishable crime: Offenses include allowing pictures of either leader to gather dust or be torn or folded. The population is divided into “loyalty groups.” One-third belong to the “hostile class.” These people receive the worst jobs and housing and may not live in the capital, Pyongyang. Below the hostiles are the estimated 250,000 held in prison camps, some for crimes allegedly committed by relatives. Executions often are performed in public.

i give a vote to Alexander the Great. Yup he did spread the Roman way to the world but because of that the notion of conquering other lands so magnanimously has been created.

I lilke Lenin for this. You'd think Stalin, but he just carried on the good work...established a state that kept the whole planet a mess for 75 years.

Sorry - I don't know of anyone who was ever more evil, cruel and sick than Hitler - okay - who has done worse than murder 6 million Jews - to try to exterminate an entire people group??? The cruelty of what these people were subjected to and the way they were killed naked and put in gas chambers, women's hari cut off - living in unsanitary conditions, forced to heavy labor - exterminated for getting sick, plans for cruel punishments and murders, families separated babies - murdered and used for awful and painful experiements - people treated totally like animals most people have not even done enough research to know half of the evidence we have about what was done to people. I know there are alot of wicked and evil people out there- but who ever had the power Hitler had when he invaded entire countries and removed millions of Jews? Who ever was able to convince so many people of his views that he almost took over the entire world? If it wasn't for the formation of the United States and what we were founded under - others may not have been able to stop him. Who damaged humanity more than he did with his "religion" of giving glory to man and taking evolution to mean something so hideous as this? Who did more to try to remove God out of the picture in thinking that he was not accountable to Him? I really don't know what to say - there have been alot of horrid people - but I'm not even going to mention names because they just don't compare. The Jews who survived the holocaust - had no country to go to - no power, no money - no homes. They were in camps almost as bad as concentration camps and put aboard ships in large numbers while the world tried to figure out what to do with them - many died while trying to figure out where to go. Their homes were destroyed - many had nowhere to go back to. It was only by the power of God that they became a nation in 1948 - an absolute miracle that their survival is. Hitler is gone - yet the Jews still thrive all over the world under the blessing of God Himself.

Jesse Jackson supported all demonic rockers damning all good people to hell resulting in disease in a billion people over four decades and death in a hundred million people. That's pretty bad.

It's no wonder he keeps it a secret.
