Depends on your responsibilites in life. You can be 22 and not yet be a man, just like a 13 year old can be a "grown a#! man".
But, yes you are still a young man, some may even consider you to be a baby. Your life hasn't even started to some people. Others wish they could trade places with your right now, just because of your age.
Funny 10 years from now you might be asking a similar question, "Is 32 still a young man, I feel life has passed me by?"
Don't be in a rush to get old, honey!
Listen to me, I'm only 24.

22 is nothing. However hard your life may have been. You ARE NOT OLD. What you need to do is get yourself out of your state of mind where you think everything has passed you buy and start seizing those opportunities that will come your way while you can. Trust me there will come a point in your life where things have passed you by and you are old. Trust me that isn't going to be for a long time yet!

Dude I'm 42 and life is just starting at 22. You have many years of fun ahead of you. You are at the beginning. I had the best times of my life when I was 22. I would give anything to be 22 again!!!!!!

Your life does not start until you get a job and move out of your parents place.
Life is not about being a kid playing games.
Life is about being a responsible adult.
So yes...if you are missing the good times of being a kid...yes your life is over...you will never be a kid again.
Time to wake up and to become an adult.
Unlike you...I did not had a good time as a kid...but I had a great time as an adult when my life started at 19.
I don't envy all the spoil children of today...because they have a rude shock when they discover the real world at age 20.

Wow Aussies, you really do know how to suck the life force out of a room don't you? ::rolls eyes::
NEVER stop having fun. Of course, having fun includes taking risks.... you simply need something to stimulate your mind where you can 'live in the moment' instead of reflecting on things so much. There will be plenty of time for 'reflecting.' Later. But right now, you need to simply create more memories for yourself.
Getting a job or moving out of your parent's won't necessarily do it, but you do need some external motivations. There are plenty of things you can get yourself involved in, find out what you like and just go from there. This is all a perception change tho, don't think you can 'change your whole life' with one simple choice or different change of mind. It's more of how you look at things.

How many times are you going to ask this utterly insipid question? Go have sex with someone, get a job, get a life and stop boring us with this.
