I think the most important thing that you can look for in a husband is someone that you can laugh with everyday!!! Someone that you can trust...& they can trust you back!! So, that you can go off with your friends & he can go off with is sometimes. You will need that but, you will need that trust!!! Someone that you can also be friends with not just your husband but, your best friend!!! We also have 3 beautiful little girls & that is not always easy but....because we have all of that we can make it work everyday!!!
I have been married for 10 years & we laugh everyday!! I am only 31 got married when I was 22 so, I was young but, I can tell you one thing I would trade him for the world & you know why?? Because I have all things that I just told you about!!

Only you know what your needs and likes are. Someone that you can communicate with sounds right but you may be very independant and have that area filled from co workers thus needing someone who will allow you the quiet time you need. Make a list of the things in your life you enjoy, your goals, dreams etc; when you find the man that can go along with the list you will find your soul mate, good luck!

MAKE SURE....he is not burned by an ex, if he is YOU will be his emotional dumping grounds!
A man who has been cheated on (or even cheated) will make you pay for what some other women did to him.
This will lead to a very bitter and angry man...they always seem great and caring in the beginning, but this is just a trap...RUN.
This is my husband I am describing, I cant leave because we have kids and Iam stay home mom.
Dont end up like me.
Find a truly happy human!

I look for honesty and true commitment. You have to be open with each other and have a compplete desire to be with only each other for the rest of your lives. It is hard to find all things you want but i feel, from experience, that these 2 are the most important.

One with a pleasant and positive personality and character (same apply to one who is looking for a wife).
Though it is important to make the right choice in choosing our bridegroom or bride, however it still takes both hands to clap. While looking into others, we should not forget to looking into yourself, are we that good or we are just been demanding?

These were my top 3 things I looked for when I was single. I got all 3 & more, but these are good ones to start with.

look at his past, is he reliable, how well does he handle stress, or problems, does he have a good work record, is he generous, does he listen to your opinions, or try to control everything. make sure he hasn't had bad relationships in the past, as it will come out when u marry him. is he a christian who believes in the lord? kind, sensitive, trusting, responsible, makes u feel good about yourself. does he include u in his plans, and decisions?seriously look into his past relationships with others, if he is a cheater or has been cheated on there will always be problems.

Family background, Good attitude, decent, sense of humor, hard working and tender loving care person.. with all this talent you can make a happy living not with a rich guy.

You should not look for things that pleases you but rather that will please both. Able to communicate, understanding, compassionate, loving, caring, knowlegdeable and doing a decent job. Able to provide for the family, respected by others and to provide good relationship with family and friends.
