It's very simple - the chat I often use myself is www.everykindofpeople.com. U can chose the language and start chatting with hundreads of people for all over the world. It does not need any download or installing. Good luck!

To chat with another person on the other side, you must select or install an Messenger like Yahoo Messenger and etc.
