If you are on a 28 day period and your period starts on day 1, then you will ovulate around day 14. A couple of days before and a couple of days after this is the most 'dangerous.' Your safest bet is the week after your period. Just know that it is unreliable though because you can bleed for other reasons that starting your menstrual cycle and that would make your timing all wrong. Your safest bet would be to use oral contraceptives. Go to your doctor or family planning and get some pills and stop gambling.

the first couple of days after end of period. It is not dependable. You will more than likely be pregnant in the next 5 months.

11-14 days from the day you start is when you are ovulating. Some women even feel a slight pain/poke in the pelvic area when the egg is released (very brief). Then you know for sure ovulation is occurring.

After a Vasectomy ...hehehehe
Ok...seriously....the days just after your period...are the safest...the unfertilised egg has been lost and left the body..
using pills can also help....but see a gyno first.

You're ALWAYS at risk to get pregnant when you don't use any form of brith control or protection. Following a calender has no gaurantee! Just play it safe and get on the pill.

well the bad thing about this is, during the time you are ovulating and the most fertile, is when you are the horniest and sex feels the best, so to deny yourself sex during this time is really tragic. I'd suggest using birthcontrol and rely on that more than what time of the month it is

There is no safe time to have sex. If you don't want to get pregnant then don't have sex. birth control and/or condoms are not 100% effective.
