depends on the birth control. if you have one of those that just makes the period shorter then i think so but if you have reg. birth control you wont get per. at all.

not that i could see but you can take depo and that keeps you from having periods at all so no cramps.

For me it has.
I used to have horrible cramps and then I got on the pill and it was like a miracle!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes so, does sit-ups about 10 of them twice a day and drink plenty of water!
