They used to buy my products and give me negative feedbacks after an hour.
They also cheat me at paypal. They pay me at paypal and after getting my online ebooks, they open a issue at paypal and they get their money.

i add them to blocked buyer list but they everytime buy with new fake userid.

if you can recognize them, buy their products and give them same treatment which they do against you.

well htat's what happens when yhou sell something that has a known fraud rate (ebooks, tvs, game consoles, computers, laptops, and mobile phones).
dont sell something that will be prone to you being frauded out. That means you ddint' bother to research your item that you are selling well enough , to know that ebooks on ebay is a number fraud item. becaseu you are not protected by paypal or ebay for selling something that is not tangible, easily duplicated./

what do you sell on ebay? sometimes i wonder if the type of items people sell is reflected in the type of customers they have.... what is a link to something your selling? i would love to see.

you can add them to your list of buyers who can not bid on you items. id get busy and start adding them asap. and stop accepting paypal.

Ebay is terrible. If the Ebay management don't get you then the customers and competitors will do.
