Hello there, women have biological clocks, women over the age of 35 are at an increased risk of having a baby with downs syndrome. That is because women are born with the ovum's ( eggs), that is why there may be an increase risk of problems if they conceive a baby too late in life. As for men, men produce sperm every second of the day up until they die, therefore, men can become fathers at 90 years of age. I would think that a lowered production would occur on certain medications for example, or if the person is unwell.
I hope this has helped.

it is just a continuing process. just like women, men have biological clocks. you may have the same amount of sperm, but they could possibly not be a fully matured as the sperm you had in your younger years.
so if you are considering having children, and are over the age of 35, you may want to consider seeing a genetic specialist to make sure your sperm are still strong. for your future baby's sake. =)

All that depends on your hormonal levels, 19_21 is considered to be peak level of your sexual healthe, from 21_30 it remains on plateau and then it goes on decline it doesnt mean that you cant have children after age of 30 but your semen production will be not as peak as at the age of 20 or 25.........
It also varies with person to person thats why you cant determine exact age...............
