It's a drawstring light gray skirt, the material looks a bit of the sporty kind. Length is around 2-3 inches below the knee.

red is brilliant with grey and so is pink with accessories..why dont you buy a grey top and a pink or red tank top to go over the top for style and some black ballerina pumps. its either that or a dark blue halterneck/top with sheer blue tights.

A black top, maybe with a v-neck. Or bold red. Would be even bette with a bit of silver in it.
Either way, the top should be short (just going over the drawstring) and fitted.

A black top. But make sure the top isn't closed. Let the top have a v-neck or a circle neck type of thing. I would say off the shoulders. That would really look nice!!!

gray goes with most colour - try something bright like deep purple, fushia, lilic, deep red.
a sweater type top might be nice for this weather

hmmm i would probably consider a polo-style shirt? (that is, a pique-cotton, short sleeved, collared dress-casual top)... i think a blue polo shirt would be pretty with it. or pale yellow.
