Every second of every day is a risk. The odds are just different in different situations. One reason for all those silly lawsuits in the news is that people think that there's such a thing as "absolutely safe." Excuse me. I have to go to the bathroom and risk slipping and breaking my neck. But I choose to take that risk rather than wetting my pants.
