These stupid presentations and speeches should be banned! We hear of so many people that have a bad time getting up there and quite frankly why should they? It serves no useful purpose. It makes me so angry...let the show offs and try hards get up and leave the rest of the people sitting quietly doing there stuff. Sorry this is not help, but at least you know you are not the only one.

Unless it will absolutely make you die of laughter, when you get up infront of the class, take one calm look around, and picture them all naked. :) It'll brighten up your day even though you still have to give the presentation... and picture your professor with red horns on his head, a pitchfork, and a bright red pointy tail...
Before hand, think about your presentation and get passionate about it! Who is your audience? What kind of presentation style will they best respond to? What do you want them to get out of the presentation? With all of the information that you have, pick say 5 general major points that you really want to get across during the presentation. Forget about how hot the guys are... convince yourself that they will be given an exam on your material after and they are counting on YOU to give them the information you need. There! No hot guys concentrating on how nervous you are, but hot guys waiting for you to give them the information they need!
Ask your professor if it would be possible to do a quick set up the day before and practice your presentation once in the presentation room while no one is there... or you could have a friend come and give you suggestions...
When giving your presentation - will you have a powerpoint presentation or will you have notecards? These can be helpful!
Make eye contact with the class frequently... if there is one person who gives you good contact back, a smile, and a reassuring look - come back to this person as a base - look up and around at other students and then come back to your base person.
If you can, have fun with it! If you can have fun with it, everyone else might as well! Instead of being yourself, terrified and afraid up there giving a presentation... think of who you would like to be... that confident public speaker you saw last May at the conference... and play the part! Whatever works for you... Just get really comfortable with your material ahead of time so that the only thing you have to worry about when you get up there, is getting your voice loud enough so it carries to the back of the room. (Practice that ahead of time too, if you can!)
GOOD LUCK!!! :)

You have to try to accept the fact that nothing is perfect in this world. Learn how to accept imperfections in your life.
You may face super gorgeous hot guys around you, but you have to always keep in mind that they are definitely NOT perfect. Remember: people always have the big tendency to look perfect and impeccable in so many way, shape and form. Because, unknowingly, humans are already imperfect since the day one. So we strive hardly to be perfect in all the ways.
Despite their hot physical attractions, they have their hidden flaws which are not exposed out to the others.
Once you can accept this fact then I think you'll get more relax and less anxious of everything.

Just be prepard with what you want to say, remembering everything about those you want to speak out, rehearsal at home by going through each slides.
If you have recorder, you may listen to your presentation again, modify your presentation until you feel comfortable.
About those hot guys, ignore them for 30 min. you have plenty of time to get nervous after the presentation.
