I have experience dizziness and vertigo for months. I have had every test done. And everything is normal. I hate this feeling so bad, I get frustrated. But I have come to the conclusion that if the tests come back normal, the only thing left is the mind. I have to control what is being done to this hell that i go through. We just have to deal with it the best way we know how. I know its scary but we are not alone.

DO you experience anxiety/depression or panic that maybe you are not aware of? Do you breathe too shallow? Do you drink enough water? Dizziness/vertigo is a big symptom of dehydration. Have you had your inner ears checked? Been to the ENT or a Balance/dizziness center?

As said above, it could very well be the inner ear causing this problem with vertigo. When did you first notice the vertigo? Was it after an accident? This is NOT of the mind. It is a disorder and many conditions can contribute to the cause. Just because the doctors give you a clean bill of health does not mean everything is OK. Sometimes you need to take matters into your own hands and do a lot of research until you find the cause. I have vertigo for years after a bad whiplash injury in a car accident. It will either never get better, or it may, but it will be a very slow process. There is no immediate cure. Hope you do eventually get better!

yeah i agree with them both...get your ear checked..as the hair follicles in you inner ears are responsible for your balance and posture...so go to a proper ENT specialist and he'll also advice on your thyroid secretion levels...and relax take long breaths when you feel dizzy and sit down and just relax...

Have you had your thyroid checked? It could be the levels of your T3 and t4. I have hypothyroid (Low amounds of T3 and T4 being released) and I get dizzy if my dosage is too little.
