There is no such "real" virus as Myzor.fk@yf as you are seeing. It is a scam to attempt to get you to purchase a rogue malware removal product. The popup about Myzor is false, phony and fradulant. The actual trojan that has caused your problem is no doubt one of the hundreds (now in the thousands)of varients of what is commonly called "Zlob".
But your computer is indeed infected. This infection is called Smitfraud and it will give you phony scam virus warnings( and often redirect you to a site selling a bogus anti virus product), trying to sell you junk such as Pest Trap, Virus Burst, Spyware Quake and other non working anti virus apps.
Information and procedures for removal of Smitfraud are here:

and here:

Good luck

Ok, W32.myzor.fk@ys is part of huge scam. This virus has many other variants associated with it that are causing people troubles everywhere so don’t feel alone. This virus is very complex to remove. Older variant can be removed by Adaware Se and Spybot Search & Destroy. But the newer variants are much too hard for them.
This site here can explain more about it and it might help you…

For step-by-step manual removal working with a pro one on one go to a forum. Here are some problems that have been resolved.
(This is NOT advisable for the technically challenged!)

You can try the Avert Stinger:
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/
It doesn't need an installation to run, just download it and double-click. Check through the available versions to see if one of them scans for that particular virus.

Go here and do the "full service scan". You may have multiple issues and this is the scan recommended by Microsoft.:
