No, not worth the effort and expense, were all going to get old and wrinkly and die so why fight it?

In some ways it is deceiving. I would hope that if they are in it for a long run like that they would be open to one another and tell them that they have had some sort of procedure done. No offense to anyone but usually if you look at the rest of the family and they dont resemble the person you are with you might start to question things. (unless they are adopted)/ To answer the first part of this question yes I would, and this would be to improve my self image and self esteem. I think that people that do it just because they have the money to do it dont understand what means to have a true self image and esteem about themselves. They figure that they are able to do whatever and if they dont like they can go buy a new one. But someone with either really crooked nose or a really flat chest that they are constantly worring about it and they feel they need to get that fixed to feel better about themselves and teach themselves to love themselves then go for it. You have to love yourself before you can get any type of major cosmetic surgery done.
Children should be taught that cosmetic surgery isnt bad unless you over due it and look like janice dickinson.

I would go under the knife but not to become some super swan. I for the most part like myself the way I am, however since I had kids and have lost so much weight, I wouldn't mind a tummy tuck to raise my self esteem and feel more appealing to my husband.

no cosmetic surgery for me, unless i have to do it under medical circumstances.
i think that those Swan girls need to tell their future husband the truth so that the so-called future husband wouldn't feel cheated later on.
it definately give children the wrong impression as if you're ugly and want to be loved, just do such surgery and you shall live happily ever after. its bad. very bad.

it doesn't give them true happiness. i wouldn't go under the knife because it costs too much, i'd be too scared and i'd probably come out looking worse. oh yeah and i'm happy with the way i look.
