Best advise I can give you is,
Start with some foreplay. First if you two are comfortable with oral sex, have him go down on you, licking not just your vagina, but also your anus. When you feel your clit starting to get hard have him use a finger, or very small vibrator on your anus. Use lots of lube( they make some GREAT lube for this)but any kinda KY will work also, When you feel very exited( but don't let yourself have an orgasm yet) and feel comfortable enough to have him enter you, I would suggest the spooning position, this way you can hold onto him while he enters you, and you can pretty much control how much of him gets into you. Most of the answers so far have been pretty bad. No one has mentioned the most important thing.

First and most important is that you have to get something out of it. Not everyone likes anal stimulation and if you don't then anal sex won't do anything for you and there is no reason for you to do it.
