I have an extremely tiny bathroom in my master bedroom. It only has a shower (no tub), one small counter that only has room for the sink, a medicine cabinet with 3 little shelves, and under the counter is a very limited space(the pipes take up the majority of space). and the toilet is cramped in between the counter and shower. my problem is that i don't know where to put my makeup, hair supplies, basic bathroom stuff. it is always messy and i was wondering if anyone knew anyway i could get it organized.

I've got a tiny bathroom too. I've resolved it for me by way of only having the essentials in there. Strictly bathroom stuff. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, etc. etc.
I keep the brush, some bobby pins, and a couple of hair ties in the bathroom, but the rest I keep in my room in a container. Makeup, lotion, and stuff like that I keep in my room.
Extra stock for bathroom supplies I store in the hall closet on 1 shelf

Can you set up a vanity area right outside that bathroom door inside the bedroom? It would be a place for makeup and hair styling, deodorant, lotion, etc. Anything that you'd like to use in the bathroom but you really don't need to be near water to do so.
A vanity area could be anything, you would need a surface, a mirror, and some storage. It could be high end, or makeshift.
With a vanity in place, you could also free up the bathroom sooner, so that anyone who needs to use the room can do so sooner than waiting for you to do your thing in there.
The other thing is to keep each person's stuff portable and store it OUTSIDE the bathroom so that the person using the room doesn't have to sift through someone else's things to use their own items. You might have a place beside each night stand for his and her caddies of personal toiletries.

Wow, you have my bathroom, lol. I have put a wire shelf above the toilet to but everything on and i have added some of those plastic shelves on it to organize everything. I would use the cabinet space to put towels, just roll them up and stack them. I would put your more "private things" under the sink (guests tend to look through medicine cabinets).

I hang baskets on my walls. You know the kind that have a flat back to hang flat against a wall? Like pockets. I put my makeup and flat iron, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. into the baskets. They are very inexpensive, take up very little room and allow for easy access to everything I need. Perhaps for your bath towels & washcloths you could hang one of those silver hotel style towel racks above your toilet. Hooks on the back of the door will take care of robe storage and drying your wet towels. I use a small wicker basket with a flip lid to store and extra roll of t.p. and all those feminine items.
Hope this helps a little!

Frist of all how do u have lot of pipes in the toilet .if u really have to orgainzed firstly u can have pipe lines to be concealed so that the toilet looks clean. If u have lot of pipes that means u might also have wrong positions of ur shower, basin &wc. so after that u could have some place to store ur other stuff.
u specify ur window position, wall thickness external & intrenal.even some alteration in plan can also help u.ask some designer
