No, I don't think so. He did have problems (intellectual and mental) but I think he was unaided in his massacre at Port Arthur.

Well there is the theory out there that there was two killers. I'm not so sure though. You get one mental person go on a rampage they can sure do some damage.

If there was another person why did no one actually see this person? If there was another person why didn't Martin Bryant tell to lessen his prison time?

I don't think he was framed. I have read up on this and I think he was definately doing it - it was happening live on our screen - it was him alright.
