I think charisma is something you gain when you remove the need to do something or have something and replace it with perseverance, patience and the ability to rise above the norm and aspire to greatness.

I have a very good friend you has seriously high charisma, so I have observed this behaviour a lot. I think what sets him apart is that he is genuinely very happy to interact with anyone. He smiles and aknowledges the people around him, they feel valued because of it. So, in short, I believe you can gain charisma by genuine good will to people you interact with.

Someone who has charisma thinks they have charisma. The king belives he is a king, and act like a king, so would others respect him as a king.

To gain charisma, think what kind of person you want to become, and act like one.

let everyone you know be helped by u in their efforts to create what they want and by then you'll have paid the price of all who have been helped and tie up loose ends in being appreciated to the the same, that will lay a ground worked for unknown to be understood, only in the light of experience can you have the charisma in flow with knowledge
