does anyone know where i can make a picture collage?

i tried picasa and didnt like how it was set up...

Damn! I was going to suggest Picasa! It's a great way to have it automated for you. There are some pay-for programs that will do the same thing but, why pay for it? Other than that, I would suggest doing it yourself using an image-editing program such as photoshop, paint shop pro, or the open-source Gimp.

use photoshop cs instead :)
