Since the major "romance" languages (romance comes from the word "Rome", the primary language for which was latin) of French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Romanian all have latin roots, yes, the study of latin would be helpful. However, the structure of latin differs from modern romance languages, so you would be learning "more" than you really need to.
Once you learn one romance language, learning a second one becomes very easy. They are more similar to each other than they are to their latin root.

Learning Latin will help some with vocabulary in other Romance languages, but since it is pronounced differently, it can also hold you back some (I took Spanish, then Latin and was told I spoke Latin with a Spanish accent. Then I took more Spanish, and was told I had a Latin accent.)
BTW, Spanish and Italian are very similar. My Italian grandmother and Spanish uncle had very little trouble understanding each other.

Italian, spanish and french all came from a latin root so yes, learning latin would help in the understanding of those languages as well as understanding our own language of english.

I am studying German and Spanish on the second. There is plenty of grammar to be taught in German however as soon as you've gotten learnt it, it isn't that dangerous. In Spain, they talk very rapid so this would be a giant challenge however I just like the sound of the language so much bigger than German. Basically, I consider it is as much as you. French is well as this can be a very ordinary language to be taught, Italian is well as you've gotten already learnt a few of it and Spanish and German are well for the causes I've acknowledged above. I recognise that French and Spanish are relatively identical so in the event you be taught one, you can also uncover studying the opposite plenty simpler.

yes. they're all derived from latin, and for that matter so are a lot of other words in many other languages. its also used in law and medicine with frequency. Latin is very helpful to learn, even just the basics will come in handy for a long time.
