you can either comment the person back by going to their page, or send them a message. comments are public (everyone can see them), messages are private (like email).

go to the part where u see your comments and click on the persons photo - it will take you to there myspace profile and now scroll to near the bottom and it will say "comment/add a comment" just click that and then a page will show up where u can type in your reply =]

when you go to myspace, you should see the button reply to blog where you can type your message. Hope this helps.
