What does pretty mean? what features do you have to have to be pretty, theres not really a CORRECT pretty, theres diff kinds of pretty. If you think and ugly person has nice features then they must be pretty....Right? Im lost HELP!?

Pretty means to be attractive, not only on the outside with a smile and a twinkle in your eyes, but to have enough on the inside to draw people to you. Everyone can be pretty or attractive in different ways... there are so many kinds of pretty, such as a cuteness, or maybe a classic beauty, Just as the sunset is a different hue each night, or flowers are all pretty but each one in it's own way.. that is the way we are as people... we can be individually pretty, each in our own special way... the best way to show off your unique kind of pretty is to just be happy and smile!

Everyone see pretty or beautiful through their own eyes. I may not see beauty the way you do. Beauty to me has very little to do with personal appearance. It does have a lot with personal hygiene and personality. There are many attractive women whom I pass by and speak to everyday but not many are beautiful in my eyes.

Pretty is a category of good-looking. It usually entails soft, even feminine features that are semi-mature - usually this means large-ish and gentle eyes, small jaw, small nose, all arranged in an agreeable manner, and a nice complexion. Usually the body is on the tall and slender side. It's different from cute in that it is a bit more intimidating and mature (slightly more angular) and different from handsome in that it's very feminine and delicate. You wouldn't call a person with strong, dramatic features "pretty," even though he or she might be good-looking.

Pretty is what you percieve from your own mind. Something that catches your eye and can make you smile or make you cry. Television and the fashion world will try to tell you whats pretty and what's not, but I think you should make up your own mind.
