Not offended exactly, but annoyed at the sheer stupidity, sure. I just keep reminding myself that there's no point in being offended or angry with them, since if they're unintelligent enough to actually believe their own nonsense, they wouldn't be able to comprehend why I'm annoyed at them anyway.
Never underestimate the power of human stupidity.

Well it is not only the answers, but also some of the questions! One can only summize that some of the questions and answers are asked or questioned by very young people, who don't have a clue due to their young age, or by intellectually challenged people. Some questions and answers come from people that are not intellectually challenged, but are just plain stupid or ignorant.
This site is a breeding ground for all the misfits of the world to gather at. Every once in a few questions or answers it is possible to come across a person who is in fact sane! It is rare though. You seem to think like me!

I think there is some kind of fine line where tolerance of other ways of thinking and an open dialog are very important. It's important to remember that tolerance is a two way street. What use is an open dialog if only people who agree with you are allowed in?
But over that line it just gets disrespectful and adolescent, and people wanting a dialog get fed up and leave.

You mean the Christian bashing folks who get called christanazis, bigots, ignorant, Bible thumpers, blankety-blanks, etc. ad nauseum? I've reported racial slurs and loads of profanity and adult sexual content, sexual solicitation and pornographic avatars. You complaining about them also? Haven't seen any homophobes 'cause I asked that question to define it and no Christians came forward to say they feared homosexuals. I have been discriminated against in free speech and religious rights for saying the Bible's message on homosexuality if one of love and deliverance, not hate. Isn't that Christianphobia? Am I being discriminated against? Do you think I should let the Christian lawyers handle it for me? Or should I, as a Christian be blessed by God when I am persecuted for His sake? Here's what I try to live by and others should as well:

What amazed ME is the far greater percentage of kind and decent people who are appalled at racial slurs and hatred. Start counting the number of caring and concerned responses, instead of the small vocal minority who keep trying to shock us.

yes! it annoys me so much how some people can be so close-minded about these issues. i know that i am being justr as judgemental as they are when i say this but it is true! i hear people call everything gay, from issues to caryons! how on earth can a crayon be gay?!! what they really mean when they say "gay" is "stupid." those words are NOT interchangeable! people need to realize that what they are saying is hurtful and disrespectful.

I get totally offended. It must be hard enough dealing with people who hate you because the Bible say blah blah blah but then to get it from strangers must be just as bad. I can't help but take insults against gays as a personal attack on my best friend.

No, I just feel sorry for them mostly. They're very unhappy people who are not having very good lives. And the saddest part is ..is that they never will grow from where they are now...they will never improve within themselves.

No, I laugh at them actually and not because i agree with them but because i find them stupid and in the wrong. I've been through too much ridicule in my lifetime to care what they think on YA.
