Pete Babando played with 4 Bos, Det, Chi, NYR from 1947-53
Richard "Dick" Duff played with 3 teams Mtl, Tor, NYR
Jacques Plante played with 4 teams Mtl, Tor, NYR, Bos
Vic Lynn In 1943 he played 1 game for the New York Rangers
In 1944, he fell in with the Detroit Red Wings' organization but failed to impress the team's brass.
Several years later, as Lynn had been given the cold shoulder by not only the Wings, but the Montreal Canadiens as well, he landed in Buffalo of the AHL.
In Toronto, Lynn joined Howie Meeker and Teeder Kennedy to form "The K-L-M Line."
On November 16, 1950, Lynn was traded to the Boston Bruins with Bill Ezinicki for Fernie Flaman, Leo Boivin, Ken Smith and Phil Maloney where he played for a short time before heading to the minors with the Cleveland Barons of the AHL. Then, in 1953, he got one more kick at the top with the Chicago Blackhawks where he played his final NHL games near the end of the year.
Vic Lynn was part of there orginization but never dressed for a single game with the Wings or the Habs so he only played with 4 teams NYR 1 game, Tor, Bos, Chi.

The first two answers have said that Vic Lynn played for four and six of those teams, but it's actually between there - he played for 5 of the original six, with the Rangers being the only team he didn't suit up for, at least in the regular season:

Leroy Goldsworthy is another one who played for five of the six teams, as is Bronco Horvath:

There are a bunch that have played for four, including Dave Creighton, Howie Glover, Lorne Davis, Pete Babando, Reggie Fleming, and Cal Gardner.
HAB - I'm finding conflicting information about Lynn. The HHOF and Legends of Hockey show him playing one game, but not the two big hockey databases. I'm at work, so I don't have my hockey guide to refer to......I'm guessing that the Hall is correct, and I'm wrong.
