baking soda mixed with water will clear black heads...is this true?? i thought baking soda is not good to be put on the skin and it'll dry the skin badly

The reason why people circulate this is simple. The "grit" factor is very fine, and not too abasive. Also, its hard to over exfoliate when it disolves somewhat quickly.
A good substitute would be sugar - just white table sugar. Make sure not to make a mess and rinse well.

You are correct. Baking soda has a drying effect on the skin. You shouldn't use it for skin care. Just try a simple cleansing and moisterizing routine with a well-known (preferably natural) cleanser. Eventually, your skin should show signs of improvement. You should definitely check with a dermatologist to get a better answer and a definite confimation on your skin type and the best products for you.

I've never heard of it but why don't you try those patches that take black-heads out I will trust that more than baking soda

It is true. If you have sensatie skin, it may be irritate a little. Use your facial lotion after, in moderation. Hope it helps you out!

I've never heard that. I know that's a good remedy for a stomach ache. Sorry I couldn't help with that one.
