like i have a picture thats on the bay and i want to remove the legs and put the little mermaid fin on it. how do i do that? i know what program to use. but idk what to do.

find a picture of a mermaid and have both pictures open at the same time... then use the "clone" menu item to clone parts of the fins to your other picture...
normally to clone.. you first left-click on where you want to start cloning FROM and then click and drag on the place where you want to put it on your new picture...
play with some old picures and don't save .. til you learn how to do it good...
if your graphics program won't do it... try Serif's Photoplus 6.. you can download it for free from a link on my webpage listed below. You have to register Serif's Photoplus but it is free to register and to use (not crippleware either!!!)

in photoshop u have to first select it by using lassoo tool and then cut it ....the same way u then cut out the mermaid fin part and then paste it to the picture u want to edit.

If your good enough like me do it in paint otherwise use photoshop
