"invaders," (2) - - but I think you are looking for the verb, not the offending subject or noun. and "out-competing," (2)

"nuisance or noxious" species (4) and (5) "spread or reproduce prolifically" (4) threatening biodiversity (3)
It seems like there should be one scientific word for this phenomenon, of course other than extinction or threatened extinstinction.
