Wisconsin is going to the capital one bowl they just got screwed out of the bcs. The major reason why michigan fans are whining even though i am not is because if florida was gonna jump us why not before this weekend? People voted cause they didnt want a rematch even though I think a rematch would be between the top two teams. If Florida would have jumped when USC did then there wouldnt be half as much whining. Finally what was the purpose of the jump beating arkansaw on a neutral site by ten was not as impressive as usc beating them at arkansaw. Its just that michigan didnt play for 2 weeks and even though after the game 2 weeks ago everyone thought they were 2nd they jumped cause they did not want a rematch. Kinda sad not voting for who you think the 2nd best is.

The fans are doing the same crying that Urban Meyer has been doing the last 2 weeks because Loyd Carr wouldn't engage in the same kind of b.s. politicing to get a shot at a still "mythical" National championship.

Not the center ofthe universe just one of the best 2 teams in the country and if you play a national championship it should be the 2 best playing. I know they played them and lost but it doesnt mean they are not the 2nd best team. If Florida gets stomped and the game is over by halftime dont whine about it because they are only playing the 3 or 4th best team in ncaa.

I do not know but that is a very good question..ive been trying to help out others and set them in their place on some of their "why did we not make it to the title game" questions...its so ridiculous their team is #3 in the nation and they cry and whine like school girls, if my team was 3rd in the whole nation (VT Hokies) i would be so proud that my team did so well and not complain about what bowl we got as long as we got one....

it's the same reason florida fans would have been whining if they had not been chosen. The system sucks. Michigan is the #2 team, and we'll see that come january. Florida might be good but politics played so much into this years choice. Either way the system is what is the problem here.

As a Buckeyes fan I am excited to see UM getting kicked in the Rose Bowl for the THIRD year in a row, can't wait. Oh and they get the crying influence by their fearful leader, LLLoyd Carr. tell me another coach in the nation that complains as much as he. Tressel has his number, and I am loving it. go Bucks,... 5-1 over Michigan since Jim took the reigns. In Tressel we trust.

i dont think they were crying over the game you have to admit Urban Meyer did not show a lot of class campaigning for the BCS championship spot.
To be honast though I would rather be going to the rose bowl which is by far th most popular and historical bowl game. The bcs champ. is great but its the BCS Champ and we all think the BCS blows chunks so who cares who their champ is.

Really. Going to the Rose Bowl is not exactly a punishment. New Year's Day. 100,000 fans. It could be a whole lot worse.

Not sure. Every team has their own battles. Take the Badgers for instance, they aren't even going to a bowl game and they were 11-1!

As a Michigan fan, the price you pay for being the winningest football program in history, is the sniping by the rest of you envious weenies. We are, and ALWAYS will be "The leaders, and best." I suggest that YOU get over it!
