Nothing. If you work at sprint like me, you have to say mobile phone because if you are being monitored the people from India that monitor will mark your score down if you say cell phone. Why? Because they said that cell is not an English word. That's what they told me anyway

A mobile phone moves in a vehicle like home ,car,ship,aircraft or space craft. A cell phone moves with the person to send and receive spoken and written words,pictures and can get on line..
