president of 2 clubs, piano player in jazz band, everything is good: my personal statement, extracurricular, volunterring, and more.
What about the SAT? is it good? will i make it to UCLA?

Your GPA and extracurricular activities are good, but your SAT scores are not very competitive for UCLA or Berkeley. About 20-30% of admitted students have those scores. To be competitive, you need at least a 700 for each of the three sections.

I assume you have already applied and is only suffering from post-application anxiety (I got a few panicked e-mails from several users). Take a deep breath and calm down. Wait and see the results before you decide your next step ... there's always community college, or you can take a gap year to do something worthwhile (that will enrich your application essay) and reapply next year.

Colleges don't look just at the ACT or SAT. Those are indications of how well you MIGHT do in college, but don't tell the whole story. Colleges look at the whole person including how you act and relate to them at the interview.

Go to the public library and read through the college guides in the 370s (ask for help if you can't find them). Barron's is one; Peterson's is another. Each one has a page or two about each U.S. college or university, telling you all sorts of info you never thought to ask about or have never even considered.
