I had a program before that I downloaded from Microsofts website it allowed me to "control" my windows 2003 Server from my pc (ie add users, and other functions) as if I were sitting at the server. I cannot remember the name of it? Also it allowed me to add snap-ins and all but I upgraded my PC and when I clicked on the Icon it told me the program was missing. Thank you.

You don't need anything extra from Microsoft. Just set up a remote desktop session. Click Start...Run. Type MSTSC and press enter. Log in with a domain admin account.

Or, you can install the Admin tools from the server 2003 install CD. Browse the CD. Open the i386 folder. Find and double-click the Adminpak.msi file to install the tools.
