Flats will make you look pretty and girly.If you wore the boots on the other hand you wll look very grown up. If you used the high heels you'd look very perfessional and lovely. So It really depends on where your going. Pick out of these according to what kind of look you want to portray! So really its your choice. In my opinion they all are pretty cute!

It depends on the fabric of the skirt and the season you are wearing the skirt.
long, light colored, flowey skirt: flats for day, shopping, running around, kicking back, but heels to dress it up.
long thick skirt of heavy dark material, boots look cool with a long sweater, or more solid heels wiht dark hose, socks.

hey long long skirts are my favorites I wear them with open toes heels,and flats in the summer of course,but with this weather heel-boots are the best so try it you'll like the look

I personally like flats because I love being short. But it depends on the skirt and the shoes. Any of the three can work.

those three will work with long skirts anytime, although they'll create a different feeling for your whole outfit depending on what you wear..
heels will make you look formal and dressy
boots will make you look boho, western, equestrian, all that jazz.
flats will give you a cute, flirty, dainty feeling.
so depending on what your mood is today, i would say anything would work!
