I have had a headache, slight fever, pelvic pressure(it doesnt hurt) and nausea for the past three days. The only thing is they only occur at night.

If you think your pregnant then you could always take a pregnancy test to confirm this. For anything else call your doctor.

Since those are symtoms of way to many things there is no way to even begin to guess what it is. If you want a diagnosis you need to see a doctor.

Buy a tape tester from drugstore. Urinate and soak the tape. If it changes in color, there you got it.
