I'd take someone I who had killed or harmed a lot of children. So, definitely someone I don't like that the world would be a little safer without.

I would pick the worst person on the planet... i think it would be a better world if bad people were not in it... sadly, there will always be bad people around, we, the good people just have to outnumber them...
