I heard some racist remarks this summer in Canada, but I still think the deep south has a monopoly on the real racism.

Best Wishes,

I am sure there are a lot of racist Canadians out there, they just seem to be much better at keeping their opinions to themselves

The old people grew up in a time when "those people", whether they were black, latino, Jewish, Irish, Italian, etc "knew their place"
USA = melting pot, where anyone who is different gets noticed.
Canada = multicultural, where people grudgingly accept that there are a lot of different 'Canadians'. But we still got old-style people.
