The big sand bags of the speed bag. I've busted a sand bag and I've tweaked my wrist a couple of times on it. You don't need to lighten up they need to make heavy duty stuff for tough babes like you. Rock on girlfriend.

Yes, but that was from ignorance. Anger is a result of other emotions, mostly fear or frustration. A much better way to deal with anger, is sit quietly, for as long as it takes, think carefully about the thing that is making you angry, find the real cause, and develop a real solution. Are you afraid of something? Is there a problem that you need to get help to solve? Is the problem unsolvable? Sometimes, simply doing nothing, is the best way to resolve. But choose to do something, or choose to do nothing. By allowing anger to control you, you become weak. By choosing your actions, you become stronger. Many things can anger us in life, but if you are powerless to change these things, your anger is useless. If you can not permanently change the thing that angers you, then, of course, you must accept it for what it is, and move on to other more reasonable problems.

I never done that but when I get angry my mom always told me to punch the pillow. For me I have the urge to punch whatever is in front of me. But I control the urge so I usually punch my mattress instead. Looking at your avatar and reading this you seem to have a bad life. If so, why let it get in your way ? Relax on your bed and think a little bit. Maybe turn music on.
Rock on!

I have hurt my fist before and I hope that if you aren't feeling happy that you feel VERY happy soon. In fact, I am going to think some good thoughts for you right now!

Well *I* haven't.
But recently, one of my guy friends stepped into his cat's vomit in the middle of the night... I swear, he was so mad he actually punched a hole through the wall with his fist! Needless to say, his hand was bleeding pretty profusely after this ;)

I usually volunteer as a human punching bag to good looking girls.
I love the abuse.
