Have your TOR (transcript of records) , or card ready and write an application letter to the Office of Students Affairs and attache your card or TOR. Explain how you are interested in pursuing your studies and would like to apply for a scholarship in that particular institution. And then wait for any response.

Go to a financial aid counselor....they will have a list of all available scholarships, and tell you how to apply for them.
