Your vision depends on many factors only night vision can be influenced by vitamin A intake. Other factors include your age, the physical shape of your eye ball, the elasticity of the lens of your eye, and the degree of opacity of the cornea. Eye exercises can help your eyes work together as exercises can develop the extrinsic eye muscles but will have no effect on visual acuity.

I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above...for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight. We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight. I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.
Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years. The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading. I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

Anyway i suggest to check the link that i posted :) It worked for me
Hope it helps.

Improve Your Eyesight Naturally

Well, the exercises will not hurt you, and may help so I suggest trying those. Also, there are many vitamin and mineral supplements, Lutein in particular, that are good for supporting eye health. Go to GNC or some similar store that sells such things and they can suggest some things to you. As far as the armed forces are concerned, their requirements are very strict for pilots. If your vision's not 20/20 you probably won't make the cut. Don't do laser procedures if all you have is minor astigmatism; in fact I don't believe they'd do such a procedure for that anyway. Hope the info helps a little.

You can try doing exercises to improve your vision. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

My vision is 20/400, which is really poor.

I recently saw some improvement. Other people (who have also experienced improvements) have posted comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at:

Hope this helps...

Below are some of the ways to improve eye sight vision:

* B-complex and cod liver oil also helps to increase eyesight.

* A balanced diet, regular sleep habits, a balance between work and rest, ad exercises -- all play an important role in maintaining our health and helping us maintain our eyesight.

* Carrot juice is very good for eyes. It contains beta-carotene, which is rich in vitamin A and essential to maintain good eyesight.

beta-carotine, an antioxidant, has been linked with providing support to capillaries around the eyes. bilberries also have a similar effect.

furthermore Dr. Mercola, a GP who uses alternative medicince, has personally used a program that helps with vision by exercising the eyes. it's worth a shot! anything is better than glasses which weaken the eyes.

Eyes need antioxidants and a good supply helps support healthy eyesight.
As well as foods, you can take supplements of Vitamin A, C and E, plus selenium and Bilberry.
Any health food store will be able to tell you all about what's available.

There are many good eye exercises, you can also take an old glasses frame, take out the glass and put black card in its place, in the center of the card make tiny holes and look through these, it is a good exercise
