Men cry,......and they are bullshit*ing you if they say they don't. Sorry to hear about what happened. Crying is a good thing to do, it lets all the feelings out. I say keep crying and crying, and dont try and bottle any feelings up.
That makes things harder.......dont think youre any less of a man cause you cry. In my opinion, it makes you more of a man.
