cbs shows csi, how i met your mother, survivor, jericho and many more.
nbc shows heroes, friday night lights, studio 60 on the sunset strip and many more.
tbs shows 10 items or less, my boys and many more.
all of them are on their websites.

winamp is good for watching t.v. online. If you are looking for something specific you should try youtube.com and search for the show. Most of the time you can find full episodes.

You can watch some programs on ABC. I know they have Ugly Bettry on line.

I've been using http://inet-tv.us and it works great. You can get ESPN, CBS, NBC, FOX and some others, as well as some foreign channels.
There's also i-streamtv.com, and redpoptv.com. I have not tried those.

you can go to youtube.com and just search for the ones you wanted to see...usually a lot of them are uploaded online...

your monitor has to be t.v. ready ,why don;t you just watch your regular t.v. at least that has a remote to change chanels
