for one you have to really want to be the best you have to have that desire. If you have that then all you need to do is practice everyday even when basketball season is over practice everything. If you want to be faster run with a vest with weight on it. for endurance so some suicide drills, you know start from one end of the court run to the free throw line and back then to mid court and back then to the opposite free throw line and back and then to the other end of the court and back. Continue to do this until you cant do it any longer then do one more. Always push yourself to the limit. For your shots make sure your feet are set and shoulders are square to the basket. let the ball come off your finger tips. Use the back board whenever possible. Work hard and never give up and practice daily and with that you can become a great ball player. Good luck

This Practice Schedule that I have made isn't what you need to do, and even what you're going to do. It's only a guiding principle. It has many matters that you simply will have to train so as to turn out to be a well basketball participant. First off, I desire to let you know to be very optimistic. Basketball is a particularly a laugh recreation, and I find it irresistible. The factor is, you particularly need to find it irresistible, and also you particularly need to train plenty to be positive within the recreation. Interpret the agenda as you favor. one million. Warm-ups (10 mins or much less): - Stretching - Loosening up, so you do not get injured as without problems - Do a sort of stretches - Arm stretches, leg stretches.... two. Running (five mins or much less): - Quick jog - Don't run too rough - This may be for loosening up three. Dribbling: - Dribble along with your finger pads, no longer hands - Don't dribble too top, as much as the waist is superb - Don't have the ball be too a ways clear of you - Always LOOK UP while you dribble - Do a few dribbling drills (Run even as dribbling even as preserving your head up) - four. Passing: - Again, would not have your hands at the ball while you cross - Take a step ahead along with your more potent foot (correct if you are a righty, left if a leftie) and cross - Practice the entire unique passes (leap cross, chest cross) - Bounce cross: Make certain the ball hits the ground two/three among you and the opposite man or woman, and that the ball lands on the different man or woman's waist or above - Chest cross: Make certain that the ball is going to the man or woman's chest, no longer too low and no longer too top five. Shooting: - Make certain you're rectangular to the basket 6. Defense: Practice dribbling, passing, taking pictures, and security plenty. Those are very major. bear in mind to maintain in form!! Good good fortune. Practice foul pictures like loopy. These are very major.

Practice is the obvious answer. You won't get better if you don't practice. For guidance in certain areas to help you practice individually, check my following links (I don't want to take the time and space to answer everything here - these links should help)
