Go to Dailymotion.com and search for the user "house089" they have loaded all of season three online.

House is in its third season.
Are you asking for episode one of season three or of season one?
You need to be more specific in your question as to what episode you want recounted.

The previous seasons' episodes are available on DVD (and are repeated on USA). You can probably borrow from a public library if you don't want to buy.
