For its time, it was an excellent laptop.

We're talking 5-6 years ago, though when the Pentium III was almost at its peak. About the only thing that went wrong with them more often than normal was the keyboard and laptop screen.

If you plan on running an older version of Windows like 98 or ME, then it will run great. For newer OS's like 2000 or XP, make sure you have at least 256MB of RAM installed (max of 512 preferred). Also, don't expect quick performance in any category if you go that route.

It is a good laptop for how old it is but by today's standards it is outdated.
