You might want to try the Salvation Army that helps to deliver clothes, toys and food to those in need.

There is a number of places like you have been told contact the local churches in the area. And the police department does a thing for children so does the fire department contact them. Also a state funded organization will also help all you have to do is can one person and they will help you in where you need to go

If you meet low income standards, your local dhs agency can help ya find a place that does this in your area but hurry time is running out and alot of places have stopped taking applications..Now if you dont meet their income standards and you wanna buy for adults, get cheap clear jars and put potpourri and clear christmas lights in them I did some of these for extras with presents did them under 4 bucks

Try the churches by your home-especially Catholic. They do Christmas baskets and food baskets for holidays. If not, try to call 211 from a homephone line and they should be able to assist you.
