Nobody deserves to make that much a year for something so unimportant. I like Letterman but come on, how about a little perspective.

Letterman is the gold standard of all talk show hosts. He can tell a joke and interview a guest. Leno should take a lesson rather than just rely on the primetime leadins.

heck no, he sits down at a desk and makes people laugh, my husband makes people laugh, but he doesn't ask for $30 million a year. What's the point of watching someone like that. He will never be on our level. What's the point of accumulating that much wealth? Is 1 million not enough anymore? Are people trying to reach 1 billion nowadays?

No. There is so much inequality in this country. 5% of the people in America have the most money and they dont even work for it.

Why pick on him? Sports jocks, rock stars, and actors make that much and more. None of them are worth it in my opinion but people throw their money at it and gladly pay high prices for tickets and movies.

Yes he deserves it! He is awesome, still has all the charisma, warmth, and humor he has always had, and most importantly his jokes and comments are consistenly in good taste.
