u need to factorise first. then u can cancel

2x (squared) - 5x + 3 (space) 6x (squared) +13x + 2
--------------------------- * ------------------------------
6x(squared) -5x -1 (space) 2x (squared) +3x - 9

(2x-3)(x-1) (space) (x+2)(6x+1)
=------------------*---------------------- (now u can start to cancel!)
(x-1)(6x+1) (space) (x+3)(2x-3)

x+2
=--------
x+3

(2x-3)(x-1) (6x+1)(x+2)
------------- * ----------------
(6x+1)(x-1) (2x-3)(x+3)

Cancel matching terms leaves the following

-----
x+3
