diarrhea is common to young infants & children because their digestive system is is still developing. according to my doctor it will just go away, it's just that parent should carefully watch the baby & be sure to give him lots of fluids to replace the water loss.

he's 10 months? & no other symptoms? well in that case, i think your child is in "teething period" & having diarrhea is a part of it.

for your comfort i suggest you visit these sites, i hope it will help you like it does to me..

Probably nothing...as long as he is still taking in fluids he should Be fine....my son is now 2 1/2 and i could probably count the number of solid stools i have changed on the little guy....my Dr says that he is fine and gaining the appropriate weight..actually in the 100 percentile...i think i give him too much apple juice ...but either way...get him checked...give him some plane white Rice and toast and eggs...no butter...it might solid it up again...good luck.

Probably a virus. If you can get him to eat starchy foods like boiled potatoes or rice, of course, without any butter or oilsl on them, it would help check that some if you prefer not giving him meds. Careful though, infant and toddlers dehydrate very quick.

He is sick. Did you give him apple juice? Oh man my kid would crap all night long if you did not dilute that stuff. Glad he is 12 now and I don't have to deal with them dirty diapers anymore. You are going to be up all night. Good luck!
