I don't know who he is - but if you like his music, what difference does it make ?
I like/liked Erasure, Elton John... ect ect... does it matter.
Unless ofc you fancy this Clay fella a little as well.

But along with Elton John, George Michael, Jake Shears, Rufus Wainright, Pet Shop Boys, Will Young, Andy Bell, Jimmy Sommerville, it's unlikely he'll be 'taking you home' tonight.

As you have gathered from the previous answers, I don't think it really matters what his sexual preference is....he wants to keep his personal life private, and rightfully so, but I think Rosie O'Donnell kind of let it out of the bag with her comment in regards to his incident with Kelly Ripa last week.....he has a remarkable voice and that won't change whatever his status is.....

I don't think I could convince you that he is or isn't gay. Even if I would provide you with proof that he wasn't would you believe me anyway ? Or if I would take you to his room with his significant other would you believe me then ? You would still have to make your mind up but if you like his music it really shouldn't matter.

Do you want to marry him or enjoy his music? I'm truly not being sarcastic, just trying to put things into perspective. Enjoy his music, as he has a fabulous voice and a lot of talent ... don't entertain marriage, because he is indeed gay. (Sorry!)

Well I am sorry to say girl but we knew he was gay before he even came out when he first audtioned for IDOL we knew he was gay. I am sorry to say but Clay Aiken is gay he came public and said it on somebody's talk show.

Does it matter? It doesn't change the sound of his voice. I happen to think he is a fantastic singer, so I really don't care what goes on in his bedroom, or with whom he is with. I really think you need to question why that is important to you.
